The Crest Country Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 14 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Absolutely No Smoking
with the exception of designated rooms if available. Smoking in the rooms will incur a charge of $200.00 to return the room to a smoke-free room for future guests.
A $15.00 daily fee is accessed per pet when pet friendly rooms are available. Non-registered pets in rooms will incur a charge of $200.00 to return the room to a dander-free room for our future guests.
Any "incidental" damage charges are the responsibility of the reserved guest. These could be but not limited to carpet, sheets, towels, and upholstery stains, holes in walls, furniture, appliance damage or extra cleaning due to the state the room was left in. Charges for incidentals will vary in cost by type of damage.
